As a school we work very closely with members of our Parish Council as well as local groups. This page will be updated whenever we receive information from the Parish/Local groups which needs to be shared.
Whilst we want our children to get out and about more and have active and healthy lifestyles, we also want them to be seen by drivers, especially at night or in poor light conditions; thanks to Acetech Metals and The Lawlor family, for our new high viz vests and bike lights

Burton in Bloom have kindly donated some money, so we can build some raised beds - one for each class. We set some whole school homework to design what they would like their classes raised bed to look like and what fruit and/or vegetables they'd like to grow...

Our school litter picking team celebrated keeping Burton clean and green at a community awards ceremony...
Well done to Jaden Miall, our community Champion. Jaden was awarded with this trophy at an event in November 2018 for his work towards keeping our village litter free, we are very proud!
