This week we did an excellent job of using metaphors to describes sticks and trunks in our forest school area.
Then we made a super poem using lots of imagery to describe the outside world and acted it out.
In the afternoon, we talked about how to be economic as a school, the hierarchy of people in the 14th century and then made a peasants' or kings' abode.

You can see the good work that Year 5 did finding angles in the environment and identifying them: acute, right, obtuse or reflex.
We also made some excellent pieces of art using the great woodland around us.
